亲子间科技干扰与大学生抑郁的关系:核心自我评价和消极应对方式的链式中介效应

摘要 目的:探索亲子间科技干扰对大学生抑郁的影响,以及核心自我评价和消极应对方式在两者之间的中介作用。方法:采用亲子间科技干扰量表、核心自我评价量表、简易应对方式问卷、流调中心抑郁量表对935名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)亲子间科技干扰、消极应对方式与抑郁显著正相关(r=0.21,0.32,P<0.01),核心自我评价与亲子间科技干扰、抑郁显著负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.01);(2)核心自我评价、消极应对方式在亲子间科技干扰影响抑郁中起显著的中介作用,有3条间接路径:核心自我评价的单独中介作用(β=0.012,P<0.01)、消极应对方式的单独中介作用(β=0.010,P<0.01)、核心自我评价和消极应对方式的链式中介作用(β=0.002,P<0.01)。结论:减少亲子间科技干扰有利于提升个体核心自我评价、减轻消极应对方式,进而减少抑郁风险。 Objective:To explore the influence of parent-child technology interference on college students'depression,and the mediating role of core self-evaluation and negative coping style between them.Methods:A total of 935 college students were investigated by using Parent-Child Technology Interference Scale,Core Self-evaluation Scale,Simple coping style questionnaire and Center for Depression Scale.Results:①The interference of science and technology between parents and children and negative coping styles were positively correlated with depression(r=0.21,0.32;P<0.01),while the core self-evaluation was negatively correlated with the interference of science and technology between parents and children(r=-0.37,P<0.01).②Core self-evaluation and negative coping style played a significant mediating role in the influence of parent-child scientific and technological interference on depression,and there were three indirect paths:The single mediating role of core self-evaluation(β=0.012,P<0.01),the single mediating role of negative coping style(β=0.010,P<0.01),and the chain mediating role of core self-evaluation and negative coping style(β=0.002,P<0.01).Conclusion:Reducing the interference of science and technology between parents and children is beneficial to improve individual core self-evaluation,reduce negative coping styles and reduce the risk of depression.
