探讨呼出气一氧化氮、肺功能及外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数在咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中的应用价值

Exploring the application value of FeNO,lung function and peripheral blood Eosinophil count in patients with cough variant asthma

摘要 目的探讨呼气末一氧化氮(FeNO)、肺功能与外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数(Eos)在咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者中的应用价值。方法收集2022年1月-2023年1月在航天中心医院呼吸与危重症医学科门诊就诊的92例慢性咳嗽患者,根据国内最新指南标准分为CVA组、非CVA组,两组患者均行常规肺功能、支气管舒张试验、FeNO、血常规、外周血Eos计数检测。结果CVA组患者的FeNO、外周血Eos计数水平显著高于非CVA组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);CVA组的肺功能FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC低于非CVA组,两组间分布具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且在CVA组内,FeNO与外周血Eos计数存在相关性(r=0.593,P<0.05)。结论肺功能、FeNO、外周血Eos计数可以作为帮助CVA诊断的重要参考因素。 Objective To explore the application value of FeNO,lung function and peripheral blood eosinophil(Eos)count in patients with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,92 patients with chronic cough who visited the outpatient department of respiratory and critical care medicine in Aerospace Center Hospital were collected.According to the latest domestic guidelines,they were divided into the CVA group and the non-CVA group,routine lung function,bronchodilation test,FeNO,blood routine test,and peripheral blood Eos count were performed for both groups of patients.Results The levels of FeNO and peripheral blood Eos count in the CVA group were significantly higher than those in the non-CVA group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;the lung function FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in the CVA group were lower than those in the non-CVA group,and the distribution between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a correlation between FeNO and peripheral blood Eos count in the CVA group(r=0.593,P<0.05).Conclusion Lung function FeNO and peripheral blood Eos count can be important reference factors to help diagnose CVA.
