摘要
为了研究大气湿度对分开排气涡扇发动机性能的影响,在某涡扇发动机性能模型的基础上,考虑了湿度对进入发动机空气热物理性质的影响,计算分析了不同环境温度和相对湿度对某涡扇发动机的推力、排气温度和燃油流量的影响,得到对应的湿度修正系数,并与发动机试验结果进行对比。结果表明:相同环境温度条件下,随着相对湿度的增加,发动机的推力、排气温度和燃油流量的换算值逐渐减小,且环境温度越高,大气相对湿度的影响越明显;发动机换算推力、换算排气温度、换算燃油流量的湿度修正系数与含湿量均呈线性相关的关系,且与试验验证结果基本一致;当环境温度低于0℃时,在实际工程应用中可以不考虑湿度对发动机性能影响。
A humidity influence of air thermophysical properties on the turbofan engine performance model was considered to study the influence of atmospheric humidity on turbofan engine performance.The influences of atmospheric temperature and humidity on engine thrust,exhaust temperature and fu‐el flow were calculated and analyzed,and the numerical humidity correction curves were compared with the experimental curves.The results show that the engine thrust,exhaust temperature and fuel flow gradually decrease as the relative humidity increases at the same atmospheric temperature and the influence of relative humidity is more significant when the atmospheric temperature is higher.The hu‐midity correction coefficients of engine thrust,exhaust temperature and fuel flow linearly correlate with the humidity ratio,consistent with experimental results.But when the atmospheric temperature is below 0℃,the influence of humidity on engine performance may not be considered in practical appli‐cations.
