摘要
深入分析了进气湿度对发动机性能影响机理,分别研究了进气湿度对气体热力学性质和部件特性相似规律的影响。基于叶轮机进出口截面换算流量湿度修正系数与临界状态换算流量湿度修正系数近似相等的原理,改进了部件特性湿度修正方法。利用所研究的湿度修正方法对原有部件级非线性模型进行改进,获得含有进气湿度修正功能的发动机仿真模型。利用国内外文献中提供的数据对模型进行验证,仿真结论表明模型具备较高的湿度修正精度。
The influence mechanism of inlet humidity on engine performance is analyzed,and the influence of inlet humidity on thermodynamic properties of gases and similarity rules of component properties are studied.Based on the principle that the humidity correction coefficient of corrected flow at the inlet and outlet section of turbine-machine is approximately equal to the humidity correction coefficient of corrected flow at the critical state,the correction method of component characteristic humidity is improved.The original component level nonlinear model is improved by using the humidity correction method,and the engine simulation model with the humidity correction function of intake air is obtained.The model is verified by using the data provided in domestic and foreign literatures.The simulation results show that the model has high humidity correction accuracy.
