摘要
轻钢结构是目前多层建筑广泛使用的结构形式之一,其墙骨架中的轴压构件可以采用冷弯薄壁型钢拼合截面和单独型钢截面两种形式,为了更好地研究两者的受力性能,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对轴心压力作用下惯性矩近似相等的冷弯薄壁型钢拼合截面与方钢截面进行了模拟分析,对比了两种截面形式轴压柱的承载性能,并根据理论计算公式验证了有限元模拟的可行性,得到了二者的受力性能特点,给出了工程应用建议。
Light steel structure is widely used in multi-storey buildings, and the axial compression members of its wall skeleton can be divided into two types: cold-formed thin-walled steel section and independent steel section.In order to better study the mechanical performance of the two types, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the split section and square steel section with approximately equal moment of inertia under axial compression.The bearing capacities of two columns in cross sectionsare compared, and the feasibility of finite element simulation is verified according to the theoretical calculation formula.The stress performance characteristics and engineering application suggestions of the two columns under axial pressure are obtained.
