摘要
航空发动机地面试验时,空气湿度对发动机工作和性能的影响有两种方式:一是可能在进气道内出现冷凝;二是改变发动机热力循环的气体热物理性质。针对空气含湿量对发动机性能的影响,收集、整理了前人完成的试验和理论研究资料,对比分析了相似分析法和多项式拟合法两种湿度修正算法的差异,梳理了国、内外部分型号发动机的湿度修正系数。研究表明:发动机湿度修正系数可用含湿量的线性函数表示;不同发动机的湿度修正系数之间的差异较小,与发动机类型、控制计划、计算方法有关。
During ground test of aero-engine,moist air can influence engine operation and performance in two ways:by possible condensation in the inlet and by changing the gas properties throughout the cycle.Thus two correction approaches for the absolute humidity effects on engine performance were compared and analyzed on the basis of preceding research and literature,and different engine humidity corrections coeffi⁃cients of some aero-engines types at home and abroad were presented.The investigation shows that correc⁃tion coefficients can be considered as linear functions of the absolute humidity,and the difference between correction factors is small and related to engine type,control mode and calculation method.
