摘要
目的:建立一套适用于公立医院的中医药服务能力评价指标体系,促进中医服务能力评价的科学化、标准化与规范化。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取来自江西省卫生健康领域的20名专家为样本,运用德尔菲法初步构建公立医院中医药服务能力评价体系,应用层次分析法确定具体指标权重。结果:公立医院中医药服务能力评价指标体系包含5个一级指标与29个二级指标。一级指标及权重分别为物质保障(15.73%)、人才保障(18.34%)、服务利用(26.16%)、中医药特色(31.46%)、信息化建设(8.31%)。结论:该研究的专家权威性强,专家意见协调程度较好,所确定的各项评价指标具有较高可靠性。
Objective:To establish a set of TCM service capacity evaluation index system applicable to public hospitals.Methods:Using the purpose sampling method,20 experts from the health field of Jiangxi Province were selected as samples,and the Delphi method was used to preliminarily construct the evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine service capacity in public hospitals,and the analytic hierarchy method was used to determine the weight of specific indicators.Results:The evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine service capacity in public hospitals included 5 first-level indicators and 29 second-level indicators.The first-level indicators and weights were material security(15.73%),talent security(18.34%),service utilization(26.16%),traditional Chinese medicine characteristics(31.46%),and information construction(8.31%).Conclusion:The experts in this study have strong authority,the degree of coordination of expert opinions is good,and the evaluation indicators determined have high reliability.
