留学生医学人文教育的跨文化观照

摘要 留学生医学人文教育弥合了不同社会文化、风俗习惯、宗教背景、思维模式中对于医学人文、医学伦理基本问题的思索与探究,是传统医学教育的必然环节、及全球化背景下现代医学教育的跨文化实践。本研究以对海南医学院国际学生医学伦理学课程教学情况所进行的质性研究为基础,发现医学伦理原则在不同文化下的境遇与理解差异是留学生医学伦理学教育中面临的关键问题。研究结果显示,大部分的调查对象认为应当适量增加医学伦理学课程在课程体系中的体量;医学伦理学课程中思辨性的讨论拓宽了其对医学实践的认识;医学伦理学基本原则在其本土文化环境中的诠释有别于课程教学内容,甚至会带来认知冲突等等。从理念上而言,东亚文化环境下的医学伦理学教育应当将主要原则与人文关怀融通于学生的思想理念,赋能其反观自身,形成一种“返景入深林”的观照;从路径上来讲,留学生医学伦理学教育不但应注重理论与实践的结合,也应当充分调动学生的主体性,建构医学伦理学教育中具互动性的跨文化叙事。 Medical ethics education for overseas students bridges the thinking and exploration of basic issues of medical ethics in diversified social cultures,customs,religious 54 and thinking patterns.It is not only an inevitable part of traditional medical education,but also a cross-cultural practice in modern medical education under the world background.This study is based on a qualitative research with regard to medical ethics courses for international students from grade 2019 and grade 2020 in Hainan Medical College.The results show that most respondents believe that medical ethics courses in the curriculum system should be increased appropriately;The speculative discussion of medical ethics broadens the understanding of medical practice;The interpretation of the basic principles of medical ethics differ form students’localized comprehension,what is more,even lead to cognitive conflicting and misunderstanding.This study found that the shifting understanding of medical ethical principles in diversified cultural background means a lot in medical ethical education.Ideologically,the education of medical ethics in East Asia should integrate the main principles and humanistic care into the students’thoughts and ideas,enable reflections and form a kind of observation of“returning to the scene and entering the deep forest”.In terms of the path,the education of medical ethics for overseas students should not only focus on the combination of theory and practice,but also fully mobilize students’subjectivity to construct an interactive intercultural narrative in medical ethics education.
