摘要
当下,临床人文素养正在逐渐被一个新的“临床人文胜任力”概念所取代,这不仅是临床术语的变化,还标志着临床医学人文的理念与实践跳脱出虚泛的“思想觉悟、道德教化”的传统思绪,变得越来越职业化,越来越实务化,临床人文技能的测评也越来越精细化,可操作化。围绕“临床人文胜任力”的三个侧面:价值意涵、实践路径与临床测评展开详实的论述,旨在揭示临床医学人文的新思维、新趋势。
Today,clinical humanities literacy is gradually being replaced by a new concept of"clinical humanities competence".This is not only a change in terminology,but also a sign that the humanistic concepts and practices of clinical medicine are becoming more professional,more sophisticated and more operable,for getting rid of the traditional thinking of"ideological awareness,moral education".The three aspects of"clinical humanities competence":value implication,practice path,and clinical evaluation are discussed in order to reveal new thinking and new trends in clinical medical humanities.
