摘要
抑郁症作为常见精神障碍疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,并导致焦虑和抑郁等严重后果。核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)是大脑海马体细胞内重要的核转录因子,其介导的信号通路在抑郁症的发作和发展中具有关键作用,异常激活该通路导致中枢系统炎症和抑郁相关基因的过度表达,从而推进抑郁症的发展。研究发现针灸可以通过调节NF-κB信号通路来治疗抑郁症,其干预NF-κB信号通路的激活,抑制炎症反应,从而修复神经损伤,减轻抑郁程度。本研究旨在综述针灸治疗抑郁症的作用机制以及对NF-κB信号通路的调节作用,对相关针灸方法进行评述,并讨论其在抑郁症治疗中的临床应用前景。
Depressive disorder,as a common mental disorder,seriously affects patients’quality of life and leads to serious consequences,including anxiety and depression.Nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)is an important nuclear transcription factor in cells of hippocampus.The signaling pathway mediated by it plays a key role in the onset and development of depression.Abnormal activation of this pathway leads to the over-expression of genes related to central nervous system inflammation and depression,thus promoting the development of depression.Researches have found that acupuncture can treat depression by regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway.It interferes with the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway and inhibits the inflammatory response,thereby repairing nerve damage and reducing the degree of depression.This study reviewed the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of depression and its regulatory effect on the NF-κB signaling pathway,it reviewed related acupuncture methods,discussed its clinical application prospects in treatment of depression.
