摘要
核因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)信号通路是介导椎间盘炎症反应发生的重要通路之一。中药可以不同程度干预NF-κB信号通路的活化,阻断细胞中IκBα磷酸化,减少p65的核转移,下调促炎因子的大量释放,减轻炎症反应,从而降低基质降解酶的表达,使聚集蛋白多糖和Ⅱ型胶原的表达基本恢复到正常水平,抑制髓核细胞凋亡,改善椎间盘代谢的紊乱,达到保护椎间盘、治疗椎间盘退行性变的目的。
Nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway is one of the important pathways that mediate the inflammatory response of intervertebral discs.Traditional Chinese medicine can intervene in the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway to varying degrees,block IκBαphosphorylation in cells,reduce nuclear metastasis of P65,downregulate the release of pro-inflammatory factors,alleviate inflammatory response,thus reduce the expression of matrix degrading enzymes,restore the expression of aggregation protein polysaccharides and typeⅡcollagen to normal levels,inhibit apoptosis of nucleus pulposus cells,improve metabolic disorders of intervertebral discs,and achieve the goal of protecting intervertebral discs and treating intervertebral disc degeneration.
