摘要
国家数据局明确提出将加快推进“数据基础设施”建设,支撑数据汇聚、处理、流通、应用、运营、安全保障全流程。数据基础设施是跨学科、跨领域的系统性工程,对建设项目的管理提出了新的要求和挑战。本文在分析数据基础设施建设管理特点的基础上,探讨了项目建设与管理的统筹推进,提出加强数据在项目管理中的应用,并建议提升建设过程中的全面安全管理,以期对未来数据基础设施的建设与管理提供借鉴。
The National Data Administration has clearly stated that it will accelerate the construction of“data infrastructure”to support the entire process of data aggregation,processing,circulation,application,operation,and security protection.Data infrastructure is an interdisciplinary and multi-industry systematic engineering that poses new requirements and challenges to the management of construction projects.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of data infrastructure construction and management,this paper explores the coordinated promotion of project construction and management,proposes to strengthen the application of data in project management,and suggests improving comprehensive security management during the construction process,aiming to provide reference for the future construction and management of data infrastructure.
