摘要
文章从用户高质量参与视角探索用户智慧融入图书馆知识服务的实现机制,根据扎根理论,以知识服务项目与用户参与主题相关文献为样本资料进行编码工作,结合活动理论提取图书馆知识服务用户高质量参与要素并分析各要素间的关系,构建包括智慧生成系统、知识共享系统、交流规范系统与多元协作系统在内的图书馆知识服务用户高质量参与的作用机制,以期为图书馆知识服务高质量发展提供理论依据。
The article explores the mechanism of integrating user wisdom into library knowledge services from the perspective of high-quality user participation.Based on the grounded theory,coding work is conducted on sample data related to knowledge service projects and user participation themes.By combining activity theory,elements of high-quality user participation in library knowledge services are extracted and the relationships between these elements are analyzed.A mechanism for high-quality user participation in library knowledge services is constructed,including systems for intelligent generation,knowledge sharing,communication norms,and diverse collaboration,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the high-quality development of library knowledge services.
