摘要
"双一流"建设背景下,高校图书馆学科服务事业变化日趋加快。紧扣时间主线跟踪国内高校学科服务最新发展动态,剖析其价值掣肘,对于助力高校一流学科建设具有重要现实意义。文章利用网络调查方法,从学科馆员设置、学科服务功能、服务平台建设等方面对国内42所"双一流"高校图书馆网站学科服务开设情况进行了实证调查,针对高校图书馆学科服务中存在的隐患,提出"学校领导+图书馆"主导下的协同运作机制、"专职馆员+兼职馆员"双重保障下的人才队伍建设、"资源+技术"深度融合的智慧型学科服务平台、"基本型+期望型+魅力型"的分层次精准服务体系四位一体优化路径。旨在为高校图书馆学科服务升级与优化提供借鉴,以期高校学科服务工作走深走实,助力实现优势学科创新、弱势学科突破。
Under the background of"double first-class"construction,the subject services of university libraries are accelerating.Keeping track of the main line of time to track the latest development in the discipline services of domestic universities and analyzing their value constraints are of great practical significance in helping universities to build first-class disciplines.This paper uses the network survey method to conduct an empirical investigation on the subject service establishment of the websites of 42"double first-class"university libraries in China from the aspects of subject librarian settings,subject service functions,and service platform construction,and aiming at the hidden dangers in the subject service of university libraries,a collaborative operation mechanism under the leadership of"school leadership+library",a talent team under the dual protection of"full-time librarian+part-time librarian",and"resources+technology"are deeply integrated.The intelligent discipline service platform and the"basic type+expectation type+charismatic type"of the hierarchical and precise service system are optimizing the four-in-one path.The aim is to provide reference for the upgrading and optimization of subject services in university libraries,with a view to deepening and implementing subject service work in colleges and universities,and helping to achieve innovation in superior disciplines and breakthroughs in weak disciplines.
