摘要
智慧时代背景下,高校图书馆要想实现服务模式创新,需对读者进行准确定位,分析读者需求,更加突出以用户为中心提供精准化服务的理念,策划更细致、更精确的服务实施策略。本文基于承德地区的两所高校图书馆为研究对象,对承德高校图书馆目前的精准服务的内容进行分析,探讨承德高校图书馆未来开展智慧化精准服务的可行性。
Under the background of the smart era, according to the needs of the era and the needs of school construction,university libraries need to open service ideas, innovate service means, explore service mode, build a new service concept and improve the resource utilization rate of university library. Based on two university libraries in Chengde area as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation of the precise service mode of university libraries in Chengde area,and discusses the feasibility of carrying out the smart precise service mode of libraries in Chengde area in the future.
