摘要
新时代背景下,医学领域突飞猛进的发展对医学人才的培养提出更高的要求。医学研究生作为医学高等教育的高学历人才面临临床科研培养的巨大压力,心理问题凸显。因此,各高校和教学医院应积极回应时代要求,创新工作机制,在“三全育人”理念下,构建医学研究生心理危机干预体系,切实保障医学研究生群体心理健康,助力医学高等人才教育。
In the context of the new era,the rapid development of the medical field has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of medical personnel.Medical postgraduates as highly educated personnel in higher medical education,face enormous pressure in clinical scientific research and training,as well as their psychological problems are highlighted.Therefore,universities and teaching hospitals should actively respond to the requirements of era,innovate work mechanisms,and build a psychological crisis intervention system for medical postgraduates under the concept of"Three-wide Education",effectively ensuring the psychological health of the medical postgraduates group and assisting in the education of medical higher personnel.
