摘要
数字时代学校治理方式发生了巨变,这对学校的治理体系和治理能力现代化提出了更高的要求,数字治理不仅是技术手段的创新,更是理念的升级。然而,学校数字治理的新意蕴不能脱离背后的时代要求,应该从学校数字治理的丰富内涵和价值意蕴出发,分析学校数字治理的核心要素,厘清其逻辑关系,构建现代学校数字治理体系的关系模型。学校数字治理体系的实践路向是:从时代维度重新审视学校数字治理的价值追求,建立多维协同目标导向的治理范式,规划治理架构搭建的战略布局,强化数据要素参与治理的效能,确保治理工具的精准与高效,关注监测反馈与评估的人本逻辑。通过价值追求、多维协同、架构布局、数据流通、工具保障、人本监测等方面改进,促进现代学校数字治理的本质回归。
The digital age has brought a dramatic shift of schools governance towards the modernization of the governance system and capacity,not only an innovation of technological means but also an update of concepts as essential requirements of the times.This paper suggested that a correlative model of modern schools digital governance system can be constructed in classifying the rich connotations and value implications,the core elements,and the logic of schools digital governance.It emphasized the reexamination of the value pursuit of digital governance in the new era,the establishment of a multi-dimensional collaborative goal-oriented governance paradigm,the strategic layout of governance architecture,the effective integration of data elements in governance,the accurate and efficient use of governance tools,and the focus on the humanistic logic of monitoring,feedback,and evaluation.It highlighted the essential return of modern schools digital governance through value pursuit,multi-dimensional collaboration,architecture layout,data circulation,tool guarantee,and human-centered monitoring.
