摘要
总结水飞蓟的主要有效成分水飞蓟素的提取及其在保肝、抗糖尿病、心血管保护、抗癌和抗氧化等方面的生理活性的相关研究进展,为水飞蓟的合理开发及应用提供理论参考。相关研究发现,水飞蓟素主要通过抗脂质过氧化作用清除自由基,提高肝中谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平,发挥保肝作用;通过抑制血清肌酐、尿酸、血尿素氮、尿素水平的升高,发挥肾脏保护作用;通过增加胰岛素和胰高血糖素的表达,使血糖和胰岛素血清水平正常,从而实现抗糖尿病作用;通过抑制NF-κB调节基因和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)活性,发挥抗炎作用;通过诱导细胞再生,清除自由基,促进核糖体RNA合成,从而改善心血管功能障碍和血脂异常;通过激活NF-κB有关通路,诱导苏氨酸磷酸化,促进细胞周期D1蛋白酶降解,发挥抗癌作用。
The study summarized the effective components of Silybum marianum and the research progress related to its physiological activities in liver protection,anti-diabetes,cardiovascular protection,anti-cancer,and antioxidant aspects,providing theoretical references for the rational development and application of Silybum marianum.Relevant studies had found that silymarin primarily eliminated free radicals via its anti-lipid peroxidation activity,boosted liver glutathione(GSH)levels in the liver,and played a hepatoprotective role.It also protected kidneys by inhibiting the elevation in serum creatinine,uric acid,urea nitrogen,and urea levels.silymarin maintained normal blood sugar and insulin serum levels by increasing the expression of glucagon and insulin,thus achieving anti-diabetic effects.It exhibited anti-inflammatory property by inhibiting NF-κB regulator gene and COX-2 activity.Furthermore,silymarin alleviated dyslipidemia and cardiovascular dysfunction by promoting ribosomal RNA production,inducing cell regeneration,and eliminating free radicals.It also exerted anticancer effects through the activation of NF-κB associated pathways,inducing threonine phosphorylation,and degrading cyclin D1 protease.
