摘要
目前,世界水飞蓟素生产技术前沿的是意大利、德国、美国等发达国家,如果不能赶上或超过这些国家,则永远改变不了卖原料,卖粗品的命运,甚至被挤出这个市场。如果掌握了先进技术,凭借我国充足的原料,生产出高品质产品则会逐渐扩大市场份额。这样不但能大大提高企业利润,而且能带动企业效益增加就业机会。针对目前我国水飞蓟产业开发现状,研究了水飞蓟的工艺开发与综合利用,以及我国水飞蓟行业的优势与不足。
At present,the world’s leading technology for silymarin production is developed countries such as Italy,Germany,and the United States.If we cannot catch up with or exceed these countries,we will never change the fate of selling raw materials and crude products,and even be squeezed out of this market.If we master advanced technology and rely on China’s sufficient raw materials,producing high-quality products will gradually increase market share.This will not only greatly increase corporate profits,but also drive corporate benefits and increase employment opportunities.According to the current development status of the milk thistle industry in China,this paper studies the technological development and comprehensive utilization of milk thistle,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the milk thistle industry in China.
