摘要
原发性干燥综合征即燥痹,最早由国医大师路志正教授提出,近代医家对于其辨证分型有着丰富的理论,经过不断完善至2023年《干燥综合征中医证候专家共识》有了更为全面的5种证型,阴虚津亏证、气阴两虚证、阴虚内热证、燥瘀互结证和燥湿互结证。中医通过四诊合参治疗干燥综合征,取得一定疗效。西医认为本病的慢性炎症发展可以通过ESR、CRP反映出来。本文就原发性干燥综合征发病过程中的中医证型与ESR、CRP的相关性作一综述,旨在对中医辨证用药和中西医联合治疗上有些许指导作用。
Primary Sjogren's syndrome,or dryness arthralgia,was first put forward by Professor Lu Zhizheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and modern physicians had rich theories on its syndrome differentiation.After continuous improvement to 2023,there are five more comprehensive syndrome types:Yin deficiency and fluid deficiency syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency internal heat syndrome,dryness and blood stasis syndrome and dryness-dampness syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved a certain effect in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome through the combination of four diagnosis and ginseng.Western medicine believes that the development of chronic inflammation of this disease can be reflected by ESR and CRP.This article summarizes the corelation between TCM syndrome types and ESR and CRP in the pathogenesis of primary Sjogren's syndrome,in order to provide some guidance for TCM syndrome differentiation and combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
