This article mainly introduces the differences between two-dimensional liquid chromatography technology and high-performance liquid chromatography technology,and elaborates on the application of liquid chromatography technology in food nutrition detection,additive detection,toxic and harmful substance detection,etc.Finally,examples are used to demonstrate this technical method,in order to provide effective reference and inspiration for the field of food safety testing.
