摘要
气相色谱—质谱联用仪在实验教学研究中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文阐述了气相色谱—质谱联用仪在环境检测(大气有机污染物、水体有机污染物、土壤有机污染物检测)、食品检测(农、兽药残留、食品添加剂、食品营养物质与成分检测)、石油化工等实验教学研究中的应用,加深学生对气相色谱—质谱联用仪的认识和理解,为利用气相色谱—质谱联用仪进行科学研究打下基础。
Gas chromatography—mass spectrometry plays an increasingly important role in experimental teaching and research.This paper expounds the application of gas chromatography—mass spectrometry in experimental teaching and research of environmental testing(detection of atmospheric organic pollutants,water organic pollutants,soil organic pollutants),food testing(detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues,food additives,food nutrients and components),and petrochemical industry etc,so as to deepen students knowledge and understanding of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and lay a foundation for scientific research using gas chromatography—mass spectrometry.
