摘要
目的探讨外阴溃疡与女性内分泌激素水平之间的关系。方法选取本院收治的30例外阴溃疡女性患者作为观察组,并以同期健康体检的27例女性作为对照组。对两组的雌激素、雄激素、孕激素和催乳素水平进行检测,采用Logistic二元回归分析对相关激素水平与外阴溃疡的相关性进行分析,并通过受试者工作曲线(ROC曲线)对多因素分析结果在外阴溃疡中的诊断价值进行分析。结果观察组雌二醇、睾酮、孕酮、催乳素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。雌二醇和睾酮指标低是女性发生外阴溃疡的危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果中,雌二醇的曲线下面积为0.878(P<0.05),睾酮的曲线下面积为0.882(P<0.05)。结论女性外阴溃疡发生可能受到其内分泌激素,尤其是雌二醇和睾酮分泌的影响,在实施治疗的时候有必要针对这两项指标进行把握和调节,以增强女性外阴组织细胞的修复和增殖能力,提升免疫力,防范外阴溃疡的发生。
Objective To explore the relationship between vulvar ulcers and female endocrine hormone levels.Methods 30 female patients with genital ulcers admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 27 female patients who underwent health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.Detect the levels of estrogen,androgen,progesterone,and prolactin in two groups,use logistic binary regression analysis to analyze the correlation between related hormone levels and vulvar ulcers,and analyze the diagnostic value of multivariate analysis results in vulvar ulcers through receiver operating curve(ROC curve).Results The levels of estradiol,testosterone,progesterone,and prolactin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Low levels of estradiol and testosterone are risk factors for female genital ulcers(P<0.05).In the ROC curve results,the area under the curve for estradiol was 0.878(P<0.05),and the area under the curve for testosterone was 0.882(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of female vulvar ulcers may be influenced by the secretion of endocrine hormones,especially estradiol and testosterone.It is necessary to grasp and regulate these two indicators during treatment to enhance the repair and proliferation ability of female vulvar tissue cells,enhance immunity,and prevent the occurrence of vulvar ulcers.
