摘要
目的:分析有氧运动联合抗阻训练对腹膜透析患者心血管事件危险因素、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年12月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的行维持性腹膜透析终末期肾病(ESRD)患者64例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。2组均接受持续非卧床腹膜透析治疗与常规干预,观察组同步开展有氧运动与抗阻训练。比较2组12周后血压、血脂、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组在12周后收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PSQI总分及失眠发生率显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有氧运动联合抗阻训练可减少腹膜透析ESRD患者心血管事件危险因素,改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To analyze the effects of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training on cardiovascular risk factors and sleep quality in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:A total of 64 patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)who underwent maintenance peritoneal dialysis were divided into an intervention group and a control group using a random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups received continuous non bedridden peritoneal dialysis treatment and routine intervention,while the intervention group underwent aerobic exercise and resistance training simultaneously.Compare blood pressure,blood lipids,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores between two groups after 12 weeks.Results:After 12 weeks,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TCH),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total PSQI score and incidence of insomnia were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic exercise combined with resistance training can reduce cardiovascular risk factors and improve sleep quality in ESRD patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.
