摘要
目的:探究近20年来中国民族药的发展情况、研究热点以及变化趋势。方法:利用CiteSpace5.7.R2可视化软件,对中国知网和Web of Science数据库导出的中国民族药相关文献的作者、发文机构、国家以及关键词等进行可视化分析,绘制出相关知识图谱,分析近20年中国民族药的研究情况。结果:近20年来,中国民族药文献发表呈现波浪式上升趋势,英文文献发表数量从2020年明显增多;发文国家主要为中国;中英文发文机构最多的分别为成都中医药大学和Chinese Academy of Sciences(中国科学院),中英文文献中发文最多的作者均为成都中医药大学民族医药学院的张艺;中英文文献中关键词出现频次最高的均为藏药,其次,中文关键词依次为化学成分、高效液相色谱法、蒙药等;英文关键词依次为Apoptosis(细胞凋亡)、Antioxidant(抗氧化剂)等。结论:中英文文献所呈现的中国民族药研究热点有所不同,中文文献研究热点为化学成分和质量标准,近几年发表数量增多的英文文献为药理作用和临床研究。可见,中国民族药的研究正从基础的成分和质量标准研究向深度的药用价值挖掘和临床应用开发方向逐渐转变。藏药在中国民族药领域有着不可撼动的地位,连续多年一直是研究热点。中国民族药还需进一步研究,让各民族药呈现百花齐放的景象。
Objective:To explore the development status,research hotspots and changing trends of Chinese ethnic medicine in the past 20 years.Method:CiteSpace5.7.R2 visualization software was used to visually analyze the authors,issuing organizations,countries,and keywords of Chinese ethnic medicine-related articals exported from CNKI and Web of Science databases,draw out relevant knowledge maps,and analyze recent research situation of Chinese ethnic medicine in the past 20 years.Result:The publication of Chinese ethnic medicine literature was on the rise in waves in the past 20 years.The author who published the most in both Chinese and English literature was Zhang Yi from the School of Ethnic Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the most published institutions were Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Academy of Sciences.The country of publication was mainly China.For keywords in all articles,Tibetan medicine was the most frequent keywords in the field,followed by chemical components,high-efficiency liquid chromatography,Mongolian medicine in the Chinese articles and Apoptosis,Antioxidant,Extract in the English articles.Conclusion:The research hotspots presented in the Chinese and English literature are different.The research hotspots in the Chinese literature are the quality standards and chemical components of Chinese ethnic medicine,and the research hotspots in the English literature are the pharmacological effects and clinical research.It can be seen that the research of Chinese ethnic medicine is gradually changing from the basic composition and quality standard research to the in-depth medicinal value mining and clinical application development direction.Tibetan medicine has an unshakable position in the field of Chinese ethnic medicine,and it has been a research hotspot for many years.There are few studies on other ethnic medicines.Therefore,Chinese ethnic medicine needs further research,so that all ethnic medicines will develop.
