摘要
运用文献资料、政策文本解读、比较分析等研究方法探析我国地方高校公共体育与健康教育融合的内涵价值、现实困囿及融合策略。研究发现:当前地方高校公共体育存在着体育教师健康素养缺失、健康教育理论知识欠缺、健康教育教学机制不完善、健康教育考核评价机制滞后等问题。研究提出提高教师素养,积极发挥健康教育行为导向作用;强调整合思维,提高整合体育与健康教育内容的能力;优化教学模式,实现公共体育与健康教育效质双赢;明确评价的目的,健全健康教育评价内容与标准等融合策略,力求为地方高校公共体育与健康教育有效融合提供参考。
By using the methods of literature review,policy text interpretation,and comparative analysis,this paper explores the connotation value,practical constraints,and integration strategies of the integration of public sports and health education in local universities and colleges in China.The research has found that there are problems with the lack of health literacy among physical education teachers,theoretical knowledge of health education,imperfect teaching mechanisms of health education,and lagging assessment and evaluation mechanisms of health education in local universities and colleges.The research proposes to improve teachers’literacy and actively play a role in guiding health education behavior,emphasizing integrated thinking and improve the ability to integrate sports and health education content,optimizing teaching modes to achieve a win-win situation between public sports and health education in terms of effectiveness and quality and clarifying the purpose of evaluation and improve the integration strategy of health education evaluation content and standards.The purpose is to provide references for the in-depth understanding and effective implementation of the integration of public sports and health education in local universities and colleges.
