摘要
《中华民族共同体概论》的出版是我国民族史和历史研究领域的一件大事。在过往的研究中,无论是中国通史研究还是断代民族史研究,对几千年来中华民族内部各民族之间彼此交往的历史进程尚未能形成较为周全的知识体系。与之相应的,国内中小学和高等院校的中国历史教材,多着重于中国通史和断代史的讲述,缺乏对中华民族及其内涵的介绍。在此背景下,《中华民族共同体概论》出版发行正当其时。该书以中华民族共同体发展为中国通史、中国民族史的主线,深度发掘中华文化传统在中华民族共同体的形成与发展过程中所发挥的特殊的凝聚作用,努力发掘并高度关注不同历史时期各民族交往交流交融的史实,有助于引导青少年树立正确的国家观、历史观、民族观、文化观、宗教观。该教材的出版在高校民族理论和民族政策教学中具有里程碑式的重要意义。
The publication of The Introduction to the Community for Chinese Nation is a significant event in the fields of Chinese ethnic history and historical research in our country.In previous studies,whether in general Chinese history research or period-specific ethnic history studies,a comprehensive knowledge system regarding the historical interactions among ethnic groups within the Chinese nation over thousands of years has yet to be fully developed.Correspondingly,primary and secondary school textbooks and higher education history materials in China have often emphasized general and periodspecific Chinese history narratives,lacking an introduction to the Chinese nation and its significance.Against this backdrop,the publication and distribution of The Introduction to the Community for Chinese Nation are timely and significant.This book takes the development of the Community for the Chinese nation as the main theme of Chinese history and Chinese ethnic history,deeply exploring the unique cohesive role played by Chinese cultural traditions in the formation and development of the Community for the Chinese nation.It strives to uncover and focus on historical facts of interactions,exchanges,and integration among different ethnic groups during different historical periods,thereby guiding young people to establish correct views on the state,history,ethnicity,culture,and religion.The publication of this textbook holds landmark significance in teaching ethnic theories and policies in higher education institutions.
