摘要
现有的一些配电网架空线路典型设计不能满足不停电作业的需求,导致部分线路无法顺利开展不停电作业。通过现场调研以及专家评估,选取了15个面向10 kV配电网架空线路不停电作业的影响因素,基于决策试验与评价实验室(decision making trial and evaluation laboratory,DEMATEL)和解释结构模型法(interpretative structural modeling method,ISM)集成方法进行层级结构的分析和影响因素的划分,最终从15个影响因素中提取了5个关键因素进行配电网不停电作业优化分析。为了满足不停电作业的技术需求,对塔头结构与间隙距离、同杆架设情况、杆塔周围环境等5个影响因素提出了相应的架空线路典型设计优化方案。最后,通过分析和应用实例检验了优化方案的普遍适用性。
Some typical designs of overhead lines in existing distribution networks cannot meet the requirements of overhaul without power interruption,resulting in the failure to carry out overhaul without power interruption smoothly in some lines.Through on-site investigations and expert evaluations,15 influencing factors that affect the overhaul without power interruption of overhead lines in 10 kV distribution networks were selected.Based on the integrated method of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)and interpretive structural modeling method(ISM),the hierarchical structure was analyzed and the influencing factors were divided.Finally,5 key factors were extracted from the 15 influencing factors for optimization analysis of the overhaul without power interruption of distribution networks.In order to meet the technical requirements of overhaul without power interruption,a typical design scheme of overhead lines for 5 influencing factors including tower head structure and gap distance,pole sharing situation,and the environment around the pole was proposed.Finally,the general applicability of the optimization scheme was verified through analysis and application examples.
