摘要
社区团购供应链直接决定着消费者所获得产品的质量与稳定性。在实践中,不仅供应链源头的生鲜农产品质量标准难以把控,而且在仓储配送环节、信息传递及团长服务等方面也存在着风险,影响了生鲜农产品供给的实效性与稳定性,进而影响消费者对社区团购生鲜农产品的满意度。为了增强社区团购生鲜农产品供应链的抗风险能力,切实满足市场和消费者需求,应从提高生鲜农产品标准化水平、科学规划仓储配送环节、积极构建信息共享系统,以及加强团长审核培训激励机制等方面,推动社区团购业态持续健康发展。
The supply chain for community group-purchase directly determines the quality and stability of the products obtained by consumers.In practice,it is difficult to control the quality standards of fresh agricultural products at the source of the supply chain,and there are also risks in warehousing and distribution,information transmission,and team-leader services,which affect the effectiveness and stability of supply and ultimately affect consumer satisfaction.In order to enhance the risk resistance of the supply chain for fresh agricultural products of community group-purchase and effectively meet market and consumer needs,it is necessary to improve the standardization level of fresh agricultural products,scientifically plan warehousing and distribution,actively build an information sharing system,and strengthen the training and incentive mechanism for group-leaders so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the community group-purchase industry.
