摘要
富液式铅酸电池在使用过程中会有大量酸雾析出,严重影响使用环境。本文分析了密闭环境下富液式铅酸电池酸雾来源及影响,针对酸雾控制提出了改进蓄电池设计、控制充电过渡电压、应用新型滤酸通风帽等有效措施,为后续蓄电池友好且高性能使用提供参考。
During the using of rich liquid lead-acid battery,a lot of acid-fume will precipitate out,which affects the environment seriously.This article analyzes the sources and effects on acid-fume of liquid-rich lead-acid battery in sealed environment.Effective measures such as improving the design of battery,controlling the charge transition voltage,and applying new acid-fume filter are proposed for the control of acid-fume,which can provide reference for the friendly and high-performance use of subsequent batteries.
