煤矿井下紧急避险设施大容量电源研究

摘要 针对常见蓄电池在煤矿井下应用都有明显制约因素的问题,分析了煤矿井下用紧急避险设施用电特点及干荷电铅酸蓄电池的特性,研制了基于干荷电铅酸蓄电池技术的启动型煤矿井下紧急避险设施用大容量电源。理论分析和成品试验结果表明,研制的电源不存在析氢问题,可以应用于煤矿井下,电池成组工作性能一致性好,容量大,电气性能满足煤矿井下紧急避险设施用电需求。 In view of problem that common accumulators used in underground coal mine have obvious constraints, the paper analyzed electricity demands of coal mine emergency facilities and characteristics of dry-charged lead-acid battery, developed large capacity start-up type power supply for coal mine emergency facilities based on dry-charged lead-acid battery technology. The theory analysis and experiment result of product show that the power supply doesn't produce hydrogen and can be used in coal mine, has good consistency of group working performance and large capacity, and its electrical performance can satisfy demands of coal mine emergency facilities.
