摘要
目的根据安阳市2023年重点人群职业健康素养水平,分析其影响因素。方法按照分层随机抽样原则,选择安阳市4个县区8个重点行业1246名劳动者为调查对象,采用《全国重点人群职业健康素养监测调查个人问卷》对其职业健康素养水平进行调查。结果2023年共收集问卷1246份,职业健康素养总体水平为25.4%,第二产业人群职业健康素养总体水平高于第三产业人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。非金属矿物制品业、医疗卫生业、电气机械和器材制造业职业健康素养水平居前3位,在性别、年龄、文化程度及月收入等方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论安阳市重点人群职业健康素养水平有待进一步提升,需针对重点人群开展职业健康教育工作,提升安阳职工健康素养水平。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors according to the level of occupational health literacy of key populations in Anyang City in 2023.Methods In accordance with the principle of stratified random sampling,1,246 workers from eight key industries in four counties and districts of Anyang City were selected as survey respondents,and their occupational health literacy levels were investigated using the National Key Population Occupational Health Literacy Monitoring Survey Individual Questionnaire.Results A total of 1,246 questionnaires were collected in 2023,and the overall level of occupational health literacy was 25.4%;the overall level of occupational health literacy of the secondary industry population was higher than that of the tertiary industry population(P<0.01).The occupational health literacy level of the non-metallic mineral products industry,medical and health care industry,and electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry ranked the top 3,and the differences in gender,age,educational level and monthly income were statistically significant(all P<0.001).Conclusion The occupational health literacy level of key populations in Anyang City needs to be further improved,and occupational health education work needs to be carried out for key populations to improve the health literacy level of workers in Anyang City.
