社区教育教师数字素养的现状审视与提升策略——基于S市社区教育教师的实证研究

摘要 社区教育教师的数字素养水平不仅关系到个人的职业发展、生活质量,更关系到社区教育数字化转型的质量与速度。然而,少有研究关注社区教育教师的数字素养。基于教育部发布的《教师数字素养》行业标准指标框架,通过自编调查问卷调查了S市2 000余名教师的数字素养现状与问题。研究发现,半数以上的社区教育教师数字素养处于良好等级及以上,但社区教育教师的数字素养仍有待进一步提升,不同授课层级教师的数字素养水平不均衡,社区教育教师所需的数字化学习资源总体不足,数字化相关培训的系统性、层次性、有效性有待进一步提升等。 The digital literacy level of community education teachers is not only related to their per⁃sonal career development and life quality but also to the quality and speed of digital transformation of com⁃munity education.However,there has been limited research focusing on the digital literacy of community education teachers.Utilizing the industry standard index framework for Teachers'Digital Literacy issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China,a self-designed questionnaire was used to in⁃vestigate the current status and challenges related to digital literacy among over 2,000 teachers in S City.The study revealed that while more than half of community education teachers demonstrate good or aboveaverage levels of digital literacy,there remains room for improvement.Furthermore,disparities exist in the digital literacy levels across different teaching levels,with inadequate access to necessary digital learning resources and a need for enhanced systematization,hierarchy,and effectiveness in digital-related training.
