摘要
数字化转型是未来职业教育发展的主流趋势和新赛道,教师的数字素养是影响职业教育数字化进程的关键要素。教育部发布的《教师数字素养》标准从数字化意识、数字技术知识与技能、数字化应用、数字社会责任、专业发展五个方面规定了新时期教师数字素养标准框架,这一标准为高职教师数字素养培育和提升提供了指导和依据。基于《教师数字素养》,标准的主要内容和特点,从主体受限、环境不足、制度乏力三个方面分析当前高职教师数字素养存在的问题,提出打造教育数字技术环境、优化数字素养培训体系、强化数字化伦理学习、构建数字素养评价体系、健全数字素养提升保障制度等高职教师数字素养培育路径,以期为数字化转型时期高职教师数字素养提升提供参考和借鉴。
Digital transformation is the trend of future vocational education development,and teachers'digital literacy is the key factor affecting the digitization process of vocational edu-cation.The standard of Teachers'Digital Literacy issued by the Ministry of Education stipu-lates the standard framework of teachers'digital literacy in the new era from five aspects:digital consciousness,digital technology knowledge and skills,digital application,digital so-cial responsibility,and professional development.This standard provides guidance and basis for improving the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers.This paper analyzes the main contents of the standard in detail,and proposes ways to cultivate digital literacy of vocation-al college teachers,such as building the digitized environment,optimizing digital literacy training system,strengthening digital ethical learning,building digital literacy evaluation sys-tem,and improving digital literacy promotion guarantee system,etc.
