摘要
针对分布式测量系统中测试点多、测量环境复杂,需要长距离传输的特点,设计了一种基于以太网和CAN总线的高精度A/D数据采集系统。该系统由上位机软件、主控节点和采集节点组成,使用以太网和CAN总线进行数据传输,使用ADS1258实现模数转换。测试结果表明,该数据采集系统能够实现所设计的功能,传输可靠、扩展采集节点灵活,采集精度高,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the characteristics of distributed test system,such as many test points,complex test environment and long distance data transmission,a distributed high-precision A/D data acquisition system base on Ethernet and CAN communication is designed.The acquisition system consists of upper computer software,master control node and acquisition node.Ethernet and CAN bus are used for communication and ADS1258 is used to achieve analog to digital conversion.The test results show that the acquisition system achieve reliable transmission,flexible expansion of acquisition nodes and high acquisition accuracy,with high engineering application value.
