摘要
针对煤矿井下综采工作面环境恶劣、液压支架数量多以及现有国产液压支架电液控制系统通信可靠性低、实时性差等问题,提出了一种基于DSP和多条RS485总线的液压支架电液控制通信系统设计方案,分析了系统的工作原理,给出了系统结构框图,设计了系统的硬件电路,并阐述了基于DSP的多条RS485总线通信的实现过程。
According to the problems of low reliability and poor real-time caused by bad environment in fully mechanized mining working face and the excessive nodes of hydraulic supports,the design scheme of the communication for the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports based on DSP and multi-RS485 buses was proposed.The principle of the system was analyzed and the system structure was also introduced.Finally,the hardware circuit of communication system was designed and the realization of the communication based on DSP and RS485 buses were developed.
