摘要 针对电液比例压力控制系统的特点,即非线性、动态不确定性等,提出了一种灰色预测模糊控制算法.该控制算法不需要被控对象模型结构的先验信息,仅根据系统实际输出的离散值,利用灰色预测模型,实时进行一步或多步预测,将预测误差与误差变化作为模糊控制器的输入,由模糊控制器对电液比例减压阀出口压力进行控制.该算法自适应性强,计算简单,适合工程应用.在多缸液压同步系统中,压力控制的稳态误差小于3%,表明了该算法的有效性. Aimed at the characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control system, such as, non-linear, uncertainty dynamic, and so on, a grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm was proposed. The algorithm doesn' t need transcendental information for the model structure of the object controlled. Based on the system output, the grey prediction model can predict future system next or multistep output. The pressure of a electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve was controlled by fuzzy controller, the predict system output error and the error change were input variables of the fuzzy controller. The algorithm has good adaptability, and it is not only easy to calculate but also fit for being applied to engineering. The static error of pressure control less than 3%, the test results show it is validity for the multi-point hydraulic synchronous system.
