增量的逻辑:关于高品质家长会的质化研究

摘要 家长会是制度化的家校沟通渠道,高品质家长会的内核是让教师的“供”和家长的“求”之间产生适配性互动。运用访谈法呈现当前家长会的现状,教师在开展家长会的目标与内容方面,着重于整体利益、当前要求和客观数据;而家长在对家长会的感受与期待方面,则更强调个体关注、未来规划和情感需求。这些差异彰显出家校合作中的潜在张力,据此可将“增量的逻辑”作为高品质家长会的核心类属,意指家校互动不是零和博弈,而是一个可以通过共同努力不断扩大的合作空间,并在此基础上深入讨论高品质家长会的理论模型和行动路径。 Parent-Teacher Meetings(PTMs)serve as a formalized channel of communication between schools and families.The essence of high-quality PTMs lies in fostering adaptive interactions between teachers'"supply"and parents'"demand".Utilizing interview methods to present the current state of PTMs,it is observed that teachers emphasize overall benefits,current requirements,and objective data in conducting these meetings,whereas parents'experiences and expectations highlight individual attention,future planning,and emotional needs.These differences reveal the underlying tension in school-family cooperation.By adopting"Incremental Logic"as the core category of high-quality PTMs,it is understood that school-family interactions are not a zerosum game but an expandable space of cooperation through joint efforts.This paper further discusses the theoretical model and action pathways for high-quality PTMs.
