摘要
甜味受体和苦味受体是G蛋白耦联受体超家族成员,广泛表达于口腔和口外多个组织器官中,参与人体多种生理功能。甜味和苦味受体在呼吸道中的作用是重要的研究领域之一。苦味受体具有抗炎杀菌、促进支气管扩张等效应,而甜味受体通过抑制苦味受体的活化促进气道炎症发生。本文主要围绕甜味和苦味受体的基本结构、功能和传导机制进行综述,并探讨它们在气道炎症疾病中的治疗作用,以期为开发气道炎症疾病的新型治疗药物提供理论基础。
Sweet and bitter receptors are members of G protein-coupled receptor superfamily,which are widely expressed in oral cavity and extraoral tissues and organs,and participate in a variety of physiological functions of the human body.Their function in the respiratory tract is one of the important biomedical research fields.Specifically,bitter receptors offer the properties of anti-inflammation,sterilization,and bronchiectasis,while sweet receptors promote airway inflammation by inhibiting the activation of bitter receptors.This article mainly reviewed the basic structures,functions,and signal transductions of sweet and bitter receptors,as well as their therapeutic efficacy on airway inflammatory diseases.This review is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the development of novel anti-inflammatory drugs for the treatment of airway inflammatory diseases in the future.
