Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of COOK balloon combined with estrogen and progesterone in preventing recurrent intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic separation of adhesions. Methods 42 patients who underwent uterine adhesions separation surgery were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 21 cases in each group. The control group received estrogen and progesterone intervention, while the experimental group received COOK balloon combined with estrogen and progesterone intervention. Results The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,higher than 80.95% of the control group; After treatment, the standard score of the American reproductive association in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, while the scores of social function, physical quality, role function, and emotional function were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After hysteroscopic separation of intrauterine adhesions,COOK balloon combined with estrogen and proge sterone intervention can effectively improve the tre atment effect of the disease and can be promoted for use.
