摘要
探究宫腔球囊支架联合芬吗通在宫腔粘连分离术后应用的效果。选取2021年9月—2022年9月六盘水市妇幼保健院收治的68例宫腔粘连分离术患者为研究对象,随机分为应用芬吗通治疗的对照组(34例)与联合宫腔球囊支架治疗的观察组(34例),观察子宫内膜厚度、宫腔粘连程度、血流参数、生活质量。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度大,宫腔粘连程度低,血流参数改善好,生活质量评分高(P<0.05)。研究发现,宫腔粘连分离术后应用宫腔球囊支架联合芬吗通治疗,能增加子宫内膜厚度,减轻宫腔粘连程度,改善子宫内膜血流,提高生活质量,值得借鉴。
Explore the effect of uterine balloon stent combined with Femostone in the postoperative application of uterine adhesions separation surgery.From September 2021 to September 2022,68 patients with intrauterine adhesions separation were selected from Liupanshui Maternal and Child Health Care Service Center as the research object.They were randomly divided into the control group(34 cases)treated with Femostone and the observation group(34 cases)treated with intrauterine balloon stent.The endometrial thickness,intrauterine adhesions,blood fl ow parameters,and quality of life were observed.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had a larger endometrial thickness,lower degree of uterine adhesions,better improvement in blood fl ow parameters,and a higher quality of life score(P<0.05).The study found that after the separation of uterine cavity adhesion,the application of uterine cavity balloon stent combined with Femostone treatment can increase the thickness of endometrium,reduce the degree of uterine cavity adhesion,improve the blood fl ow of endometrium,and improve the quality of life,which is worth learning from.
