摘要
优秀教师是党校最宝贵的财富和最急需的资源,深入实施人才强校,培养建设一支政治强、信念坚、业务精、作风正的高素质党校教师队伍是党和国家对各级党校发展建设的必然要求,更是新时代国企党校从严治校、质量立校的重要基础。近年来,随着国有企业改革转型的不断深化,国企党校教师队伍在转型中面临着发展目标不明确、教研核心能力不足、成长发展机制不健全等系列问题。国企党校要加快构建教师队伍人才梯队“规划图”、能力进阶“路线图”,成长发展“施工图”,为建设一流国企党校提供坚强组织人才保障。
Excellent teachers are the most valuable wealth and the most urgently needed resources of the SOE's Party schools.In-depth implementation of strengthening the Party schools through talents,training and building a high-quality team of Party school teachers with strong political will,firm faith,outstanding academic capability and being honest and upright are the inevitable requirements of the Party and the State for the development and construction of the Party schools at all levels,and it is also an important foundation for SOE's Party schools to strictly govern the school and establish the school with high quality in the new era.In recent years,with the deepening of the reform and transformation of SOEs,teachers of the Party schools in SOEs are faced with a series of challenges in the transformation,such as unclear development goals,lack of teaching and research core ability,and imperfect growth and development mechanism.The Party schools of SOEs should speed up the construction of the"planning map"of talent echelon of the teachers team,the"road map"of the ability in making progress,and the"construction map"of growth and development so as to provide a strong organizational talent guarantee for the construction of first-class Party schools of SOEs.
