摘要
党性教育是党的建设的重要内容,是党组织提高党员的党性修养,提高党的凝聚力、战斗力的重要途径。办好干部教育培训机构可以使党员干部在接受日常教育、集中教育的基础上,实现能力素质的飞跃性提升。干部教育培训机构的党性教育要以问题为导向、以理论教育为根本、以党章教育为基础、以党史教育为必修课程、以先进典型教育为示范牵引、以自我批评为重要内容。坚持主题为魂,设立党性教育的“有限目标”;坚持课程为王,建立高质量的课程体系;坚持反思为要,展开研讨交流活动;坚持教师为范,建设一支专业师资队伍。
The Party Spirit cultivation is an important part of the Party building and an vital approach for the Party organizations at all levels to hone the Party spirit of Party members,and bolster the cohesion and combat capacity of the Party.To run a cadre education and training institution well can help the Party cadres greatly improve the abilities and qualities through daily and centralized education.The Party spirit cultivation in these institutions should apply a problem-oriented approach.It should take education of theory as the root,the Party constitution education as the basis,the Party history as a compulsory course,the good examples as demonstration and self-criticism as important content.Specifically,it should set up a limited goal by centering on a theme,adhere to courses first to construct a curriculum system of high quality,stress reflection and retrospection by carrying out research and exchange activities and advocate teachers’role of examples to build a team of professionals.
