摘要
建立蛇莓提取物中咖啡酸、紫云英苷和翻白叶苷A的含量测定方法。采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS-C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈(A)-0.15%三氟乙酸水溶液(B)进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:330 nm,流速:1 mL·min^(-1);柱温35℃。咖啡酸、紫云英苷和翻白叶苷A分别在5.91~236.4μg·mL^(-1)、4.18~167.2μg·mL^(-1)、3.548~141.9μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.19%、98.99%和99.00%。该方法准确、方便快捷,可操作性高,可用于蛇莓提取物的质量控制。
To establish a method for determination of caffeic acid,astragulin and potengriffioside A in extract of Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke.HPLC method was used for gradient elution of Hypersil ODS-C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm),acetonitrile(A)-0.15% trifluoroacetic acid solution(B).Detection wavelength:330 nm;flow rate:1 mL·min^(-1);Column temperature 35℃.Good linear relationship were found in the the range of 5.91-236.4μg·mL^(-1) for caffeic acid,4.18-167.2μg·mL^(-1) for astragulin,3.548-141.9-1μg·mL^(-1) for potengriffioside A.Their average recoveries were 98.19%,98.99% and 99.00%,respectively.The method is accurate,convenient and highly operable,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of extract of Duchesnea indica(Andr.)Focke.
