摘要
驻村工作队在“推动驻村帮扶不断取得新进展新成效,为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果上台阶、乡村全面振兴见实效提供有力支撑”[1]上起着非常重要的作用。为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,持续乡村振兴,以H县为例,从驻村工作队角度出发,就转变产业观念、提升干部思想觉悟、加强老百姓思想引导等方面入手,切实把思想和行动统一起来,提高驻村工作的效能,对驻村工作队工作做增效化研究。调查显示,驻村工作队面临转变思想难、开拓思路难、思政工作能力弱等问题,因此应通过转变思维方式,加强干部管理,坚持智志双扶,切实把思想和行动统一起来,才能更好地发挥驻村工作队的职能,持续助力乡村振兴。
The resident work team plays a very important role in promoting new progress and achievements in resident assistance,and providing strong support for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.In order to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,and continue rural revitalization,taking H County as an example,starting from the perspective of the resident work team,we will start with changing industrial concepts,enhancing the ideological awareness of cadres,and strengthening the ideological guidance of the people.We will effectively unify our thoughts and actions,improve the efficiency of resident work,and conduct research on enhancing the efficiency of resident work teams.The survey shows that the village work team is facing difficulties in transforming their thinking,expanding their thinking,and weak ideological and political work abilities.Therefore,it is necessary to change their thinking mode,strengthen cadre management,adhere to the dual support of intelligence and ideals,and effectively unify their thoughts and actions in order to better play the role of the village work team and continuously assist in rural revitalization.
