摘要
目的探讨分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的作用及对凝血、心功能指标的影响。方法选择2022年1月-2023年9月在徐州市中医院接受治疗的80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象。根据单双数法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、凝血功能、心功能。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后TT、PT、APTT均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后LVEF明显高于对照组,LVESV、LVEDD、LVESD均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上对老年慢性心力衰竭加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,可进一步提高临床疗效,显著改善其凝血功能与心功能,且不会增加用药风险。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Shakubatrivalsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly and its influence on coagulation and cardiac function indexes.Methods:80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Xuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research object.According to the odd-even method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shakubatroxobin sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,coagulation function and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).TT、PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and LVEV、LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment of senile chronic heart failure with shakubatravalsartan sodium can further improve the clinical efficacy,significantly improve its coagulation function and cardiac function,and will not increase the risk of medication.
