摘要
目的:针对慢性心力衰竭,在临床治疗中应用两种药物,一种是蒙药绍沙七味丸,另一种是美托洛尔,在分析临床治疗效果的同时,评估治疗安全性。方法:选择98例慢性心力衰竭患者。研究时间,开始于2021年4月,临床试验周期为1年。在分组方面,以平均为前提,根据单数和双数划分,前者为对照组(美托洛尔),后者为试验组(蒙药绍沙七味丸+美托洛尔),比较各项指标,用于效果、安全性评价。结果:无论是在中医证候积分和心功能指标,还是在治疗效果与不良反应方面,试验组各项指标更为理想,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭应用蒙药绍沙七味丸辅助美托洛尔治疗,可以让临床症状得到有效改善,有利于心功能恢复,效果理想,安全性较高。
Objective:To apply two drugs in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic heart failure,one is Mongolian medicine Shaosha Qiwei Wan,and the other is metoprolol.While analyzing the clinical treatment effect,evaluate the treatment safety.Method:In the study,the selected patients all had a common disease known as chronic heart failure.In terms of research time,the start year is 2021,the month time is April,and the clinical trial period is one year,with a total of 98 patients.In terms of grouping,based on the premise of average,the former is divided into the control group(metoprolol)and the latter is the experimental group(Mongolian medicine Shaosha Qiwei Pill+metoprolol)according to singular and even numbers.Various indicators are compared for efficacy and safety evaluation.In terms of the number of people in each group,it is equivalent,with 49 cases.Result:Whether in terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and cardiac function indicators,or in terms of treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions,the experimental group had more ideal conditions.This was based on the comparison with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the group of chronic heart failure patients,the application of the"Mongolian medicine Shaosha Qiwei pill+metoprolol"treatment plan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,facilitate the recovery of heart function,achieve ideal results,and have high safety.Therefore,it is recommended to promote the application.
