摘要
目的比较分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦与缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果及对患者心功能的改善效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月三明市第一医院心血管内科收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患者分为A组(60例)和B组(60例)。A组患者在血管扩张剂、利尿剂等常规治疗的基础上使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦进行治疗,B组患者在常规治疗的基础上使用缬沙坦进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的超声心动图心功能指标及6 min步行距离(6MWT)、药物不良反应发生情况。结果A组患者临床治疗总有效率高于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)高于B组,6MWT长于B组,血浆N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平低于B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的药物不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果明显优于缬沙坦,能够有效缓解心肌损伤,改善患者心功能及运动耐量,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan and Valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure and the improvement of cardiac function in patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the cardiovascular Department of Sanming First Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into group A(60 cases)and group B(60 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in group A were treated with Sacubitril Valsartan on the basis of conventional treatment such as vasodilators and diuretics,and patients in group B were treated with Valsartan on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,echocardiographic index of cardiac function before and after treatment,6-min walking distance(6MWT)and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),cardiac index(CI)levels in group A were higher than those in group B,the 6MWT was longer than that in group B,and the plasma N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level was lower than that in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure is significantly better than that of valsartan,which can effectively alleviate myocardial damage,improve patients'cardiac function and exercise tolerance,and has a high safety.
