摘要
螺旋藻作为一种重要的微藻资源,具有丰富的营养价值,在食品、饲料添加剂领域有广泛的应用前景。本文围绕螺旋藻的生物学特性,探讨了螺旋藻养殖与加工技术,以及营养成分与功能研究两大核心领域,并对其应用前景进行了展望。本文在归纳相关内容的基础上,旨在为全面认识螺旋藻提供有益的参考,同时为螺旋藻产业的持续发展提供坚实的理论基础,具有一定的理论和现实意义。
As an important microalgae resource with rich nutritional value,Spirulina has a wide range of application prospects in the field of food and feed additives.This paper focuses on the biological characteristics of Spirulina,discusses the two core areas of Spirulina culture and processing technology,as well as nutritional composition and functional research,and looks forward to its application prospects.On the basis of summarizing the relevant contents,this paper aims to provide a useful reference for the comprehensive understanding of Spirulina,and at the same time provide a solid theoretical foundation for the sustainable development of Spirulina industry,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
