摘要
在当前大力弘扬工匠精神的时代背景下,高职院校化工类拔尖人才的培养要顺应时代发展,将工匠精神切实融入学生培养,融入专业发展。文章从高职化工类人才培养现状出发,分析了工匠精神视域下拔尖人才培养的现实意义,从而构建“三层分类、四段培养、五阶递进”的教学模式,提出高职化工类拔尖人才培养的实施路径,以期提高拔尖人才的就业竞争力。
Under the current background of vigorously promoting the spirit of artisans,the cultivation of top chemical talents in higher vocational colleges should conform to the development of The Times,and effectively integrate the spirit of artisans into student training and professional development.Based on the current situation of chemical talents training in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the practical signif icance of top-notch talent training from the perspective of craftsman spirit,so as to construct the teaching model of“three-tier classif ication,four-stage training and f ive-stage progressive training”,and puts forward the implementation path of top-notch talent training in higher vocational chemical industries,in order to effectively improve the employment competitiveness of top-notch talents .
